How can I request my invoices?

What is the billing cycle like?

  • Fiber: You will be charged your first invoice a few days after its installation with the proportional part of the current month and after that, between days 1 and 5 of each month.
  • Packs: Your first bill will be charged a few days after installation with the proportional part of the month and after that, between the 1st and 5th of each month you will be billed the price of the chosen Pack + the out of rate calls or SMS made in the previous month.
  • Mobile: Your bill will be charged between days 1-5 of each month, starting the month after you start using the service.

Does the installation cost?

If it is for an annual subscription, there is no cost, if you want a sporadic subscription, initial administrative and equipment delivery fee of 90€.

Can I keep my number?

Yes, without any problem. We will perform a potability at no cost and without permanence.
