Does the installation cost?

If it is for an annual subscription, there is no cost, if you want a sporadic subscription, initial administrative and equipment delivery fee of 90€.

What is the billing cycle like?

  • Fiber: You will be charged your first invoice a few days after its installation with the proportional part of the current month and after that, between days 1 and 5 of each month.
  • Packs: Your first bill will be charged a few days after installation with the proportional part of the month and after that, between the 1st and 5th of each month you will be billed the price of the chosen Pack + the out of rate calls or SMS made in the previous month.
  • Mobile: Your bill will be charged between days 1-5 of each month, starting the month after you start using the service.

What coverage will I have on my cell phone?

You will have triple coverage, Movistar, Orange and Vodafone.

Can I change the speed of my subscription or convert to Pack at any time?

You can increase or decrease the contracted speed or convert a fiber subscription into a Pack with mobile.

I want to change my mobile tariff, do I have to wait for the next month or can I change it at any time?

You can change it at any time.

What happens if I run out of data on my cell phone?

No problem. You can change your tariff for a higher one if it happens to you often or if it is only something punctual, you can contract a bonus of extra Gigas to be consumed in the current month.

Can I keep my number?

Yes, without any problem. We will perform a potability at no cost and without permanence.

How can I request my invoices?

You can order them at info@blaze.es or by WhatsApp at 689306162.

What do I do if I don't remember my PIN and I accidentally lock my phone?

You will need the PUK code, it appears on the card that we give you when you contract our service, but if you do not have it, do not worry, contact us by email at info@blaze.es or by WhatsApp at 689306162.

Is there a subscription where I can pay sporadically, i.e. pay only for the periods I use?

That’s right, you can choose the sporadic subscription and pay only what you need, the options are 2 weeks 20€ or 1 month 30€.

Initial administrative and equipment delivery fee of 90€. Best of all, there is no maintenance or reactivation fee.

What do I do if my cell phone is lost or stolen?

Send as soon as possible an email to info@blaze.es or send a WhatsApp to 666394707 and we will take action.

  3. Plug it in again
